There is so much to do in South Florida year round, so I’m going to make it easy for you and tell you about a wonderful day I had in Boca Raton, Florida.
Everything I did, you can do too. So, grab your significant other, friends, or kids and enjoy these five things to do in Boca Raton. (You’ll have a blast!)
1. Boca Beach Club
I started the day at the Boca Raton Beach Club.
When I stopped staring at the view, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The Boca Beach Club has a lot to offer, but because I love breakfast, we’ll start there with fruit, eggs, waffles, french toast, bacon, and everything else you could image eating to start your day.
After breakfast, I’d head outside. While you’re out there, take a few pictures because the view is gorgeous and you have half a mile of private beach to work with.
2. Boca Museum of Art
When it’s time to leave the beach, Mizner Park is a perfect escape.
I headed to the Boca Raton Museum of Art to check out its latest exhibition – Glasstress Boca Raton. Everything there was made out of glass!
Some of the stuff was really cool and unique, and some other things made me a little nervous… like the tall stack of pots that were NOT glued together!
Then, I headed outside to see even more works of art and enjoy the Boca Raton weather!
3. Bike Cruz through Mizner Park
The Boca Museum of Art is just one stop at Mizner Park. There is so much more!
At Mizner Park you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. (I did all three!)
To see Mizner Park in an even cooler way and check out what’s all around it, you need to pedal on Bike Cruz. This was so much fun… and a bit of a workout! Watch my very abbreviated trip here. (I told you it was fun!)
4. Tanzy Restaurant
It’s been a while since that amazing breakfast at the Boca Beach Club, so I stopped at Tanzy Restaurant in Mizner Park. Italian is my favorite, so this place is right up my alley!
This wasn’t my first time at Tanzy’s (and it won’t be my last.) I don’t only love the food here, but I also love the iPic Theater . Talk about a luxurious movie theater experience! Cheers!
5. Boca Resort & Club’s Waldorf Astoria Spa
What a day, right? Okay, now I’m ready to relax so why not head to one of the most luxurious spas in the country?!
At the Waldorf Astoria Spa in the Boca Raton Resort & Club, I indulged in a 50-minute Ritual Bath. This experience will get its own blog post, so stay tuned.
Besides the ritual bath, you can enjoy facials, massages, wraps, scrubs, and so much more.
So that’s it for the five things you can do in Boca Raton, but let me finish with one more thing… dessert!
Do yourself a favor and head to Serendipity (on the first floor of the Boca Resort) and order a frrrozen hot chocolate. You’ll thank me later.
