If you want to find some great, unique things for yourself or as a gift, visit Festival Flea Market Mall in Pompano Beach. I’ve been there a few times and every time I go, I find something new. One particular area in the mall, inside Hillsboro Antique Mall, blew me away. (If you’re a Chanel, Hermes, or Louis Vuitton lover, scroll down.)

BEAUTY

First, Glam Cosmetics & Fragrances. I’m a big fan of this brand new store at Festival Flea Market.

I’d compare it to Sephora, but with an awesome brand, Golden Rose. I took advantage of a master beauty class on a Wednesday morning. (Yes, they have free make-up classes.)

Not only do make-up artists demonstrate how to apply the products, but they also share lots of skincare tips and tricks. Everyone who attended the class left with lots of product samples and I ended up buying a little more – Gold Elements age treatment serum, Golden Rose illuminator, and Golden Rose matte pressed powder.

HOME DECOR

Then, as I was walking through the mall, I saw these gorgeous hanging flowers that were in glass globes. I love hanging flowers and this brings them to a whole new level. Remember when I mentioned unique finds? Well, this is one.

SERVICE

There are also lots of services at Festival Flea Market Mall. You can get your shoes or jewelry fixed while you shop. They even have a salon inside to get your hair or nails done. I stopped by a booth to get my rings cleaned with Best Solution, a restoring and polishing jewelry cleaner… and it really works. Check out the video and see for yourself how quick and easy it is!

DESIGNER BRANDS

Finally, I found what may be the best kept secret in South Florida – a Chanel smorgasbord with some Hermes and Louis Vuitton thrown in. Hillsboro Antique Mall is a great spot if you like antiques, vintage style, or want to find one of a kind items for yourself or as a gift. Well, the huge store is separated into more than 200 sections and I hit up the best-selling section because it is so cool. A nice employee told me that a local women collects designer accessories. Then, she sells some here at Hillsboro Antique Mall.

You can find purses, bags, sunglasses, hair accessories, jewelry, even a Chanel doll, and so much more. I was shocked at how much designer accessories were here taking up just a few feet, in the Hillsboro Antique Mall, in the Festival Flea Market. What a hidden gem, huh?

Festival Flea Market is also holding some pretty cool events all summer long called “Kids Summer Fundays.” Every other Monday morning, from 10am to noon, your kids can enjoy activities, crafts, and lunch for free.
