It’s about that time again in Palm Beach County… and this time, it’s longer! I’m talking about The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month. That’s right. Palm Beaches Restaurant Week has turned into Palm Beaches Restaurant MONTH!
Discover The Palm Beaches has expanded its second annual Restaurant Week to an entire month-long celebration. It will run from Monday, August 1st until Wednesday, August 31st.
What is Restaurant Month?
If you’re not familiar with Restaurant Month in the Palm Beaches, this is what you can expect in this part of South Florida –– great deals, discounts, prix-fixe menus, and specialty drinks and dishes from more than 100 participating restaurants located throughout the 39 towns and cities in Palm Beach County from North Palm Beach, Singer Island, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and West Palm Beach to Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.
If you’re a foodie, this culinary season is going to be your jam!
“The program invites everyone to get out, support, and sample the incredible array of eateries that make up The Palm Beaches’ culinary culture.,” said Jorge Pesquera, CEO of Discover The Palm Beaches. “We have neighborhood favorites and local mainstays participating as well as highly regarded restaurants with celebrity chefs and exciting new hotspots.”
This is a perfect time for you to dine somewhere nearby or take advantage of the special limited-time offers and try a new restaurant.
This year, the official The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month website will offer new features to enhance the planning process, so click here to check it out. It’s where additional information and updates will be posted. You can also check out participating restaurants and menus, even filtering by the type of cuisine. (For me, it’s Italian!)
Accompanying The Palm Beaches Restaurant Month are several foodie-specific events around Palm Beach County, including Bon Appetit Boca, Flavor Palm Beach, and Downtown Delray Beach Restaurant Month.
Tickets are not necessary for the delicious weeks of discounted dining, but reservations are strongly encouraged because things will fill up. OpenTable will also be on the site to make dining reservations easily accessible.
Now that we can see the end of the COVID tunnel, it’s a great time to enjoy the culinary landscape of our old local favorites.
