If you live in South Florida, you may take it for granted. It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and forget that there is so much to do.
There are so many things to do in West Palm beach outside. Thanks to Visit Palm Beach, a lot of this fun is one stop shopping.
Moonlight Mermaid Cruise in Palm Beach
I like to live like a tourist and have fun, so I took my family on Visit Palm Beaches’ Moonlight Mermaids Cruise.
We jumped onboard the Hakuna Matata and cruised along the downtown West Palm Beach skyline and saw yachts owned by the Palm Beachers outside their homes that faced the intercoastal.
The sights were great… and so was the music. Depending on what kind of cruise you’re looking to take, this one had a cash bar too.

This is just one kind of cruise you can take with Visit Palm Beach. You can also hop on a happy hour cruise, sightseeing cruise, and a sunset cruise.
Visit Palm Beach has so much more to offer, that I’m excited to experience some of their other services like renting jet skis, going out on a fishing charter, and kayaking, paddleboarding and more.
Everything starts and ends at the little blue house at 141 South Flagler Street in West Palm Beach… so walking distance from a lot of amazing shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown West Palm Beach.
I already told you about the cruises, so let me share some others that have my interest.
Jet Skiing in Palm Beach
The warm water of Palm Beach offers the perfect environment for jet skiing year round.
If you’re new to jet skiing, you can take a guided tour with Visit Palm Beach and learn how to handle a jet ski while exploring West Palm Beach.
You can also take advantage of half hour and hour long jet ski rentals.

Kayak Rentals in Palm Beach
Because of the temperatures here in South Florida, kayaking is one of the most popular and inexpensive things to do on the water in Palm Beach County.
You don’t need any experience to kayak. You can ride solo or with a friend.
Visit Palm Beach also offers very popular guided tours throughout the county for paddlers of all skill levels.

Paddleboarding in Palm Beach
This is something I’m not brave enough to try because I’m afraid of falling. I know. It’s silly… but I think people who paddleboard are the coolest.
Just like kayaking, you can set off on your own adventure or join a guided tour.

Snorkeling in Palm Beach
If you’ve never snorkeled before, try Visit Palm Beach’s Catamaran Snorkel Trip.
