Once upon a time, I stood infront of a news camera all day every day for 10 years as a reporter and anchor. I covered everything from devastating crimes to sports championships… even interviewing a Jersey Shore star in a tanning bed. While I was doing this, I had two kids and needed a better schedule with less rushing to and from daycare dropoff and work, so I started my own business.
Suddenly, I was working 14 hours a day as a one-person sales team, marketer, publicist, content creator, and bookkeeper. I didn’t know what I was doing. My income was inconsistent which caused me to work even more and led to lots of stress. I was miserable.
Luckily, I hired a business coach to guide me in the right direction. Within months, I started to make more money on a consistent basis and my team began to grow.
A couple of years later, I was able to remove myself from the day to operations of my business and I started another business that complimented the first one.
Oh yeah, and I had another child.
When I'm not curled up in my reading nook with a Mexican Coke, you'll probably find me playing book fairy at my Little Free Library - from dog-eared classics to fresh bestsellers.
I'm basically a book sommelier who can pair you with the perfect read based on your mood.

I worked as a TV reporter and anchor for more than 10 years in markets as small as Beaumont and Fort Myers and as big as Miami and New York City.
In 2015, I launched Media Maven, a media relations and content marketing agency. In less than five years, I've grown it to a one-million dollar business with a team of 11.
After seeing a need in the market for a podcast database to help publicists and thought leaders create podcast pitch lists, I founded Podcast Clout, launched it in the middle of a pandemic, and sold it in 2023.
I did all of the above while having and raising three kids at home – Julianna, Landon, and Dylan. One thing I never felt? Mom guilt.
What happens when a book-obsessed mom of three turns her chaotic life into content? You get Christina All Day - where I spill all the tea on juggling a business, a towering TBR pile, and three kids (sometimes while hiding in the bathroom to finish just one more chapter).
Along with the blog, I have a podcast, "Shelf-Made Stories", where I talk to people turning bookish passions into thriving businesses like book trucks, subscription box curators, and paid book clubs.
You can still see me in front of the camera as a host on Lifetime TV, in national commercials, on the TEDx stage, and read my work online in Huff Post, Thrive Global, Inc. Magazine, Business Insider, Fast Company, and Boss Babe. I was selected as an Oprah Magazine Insider and Ambassador out of thousands of applicants.
