Disney Springs is a stop we always make when we’re in Orlando. We love the stores, the atmosphere, but most of all – the restaurants.
Disney Springs is filled with the best restaurants… 63 to be exact. However, not all of them are open for breakfast. Most of them are not even open during breakfast hour, so this makes it difficult for people to find a good place to eat before going to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, or another theme park of their choice. Maybe you’re headed home after a great Disney vacation. (That’s when we go.)
Best Breakfast and Brunch Restaurants In Disney Springs
But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered here in this blog post full of my favorite restaurants in Disney Springs restaurants. For breakfast and brunch, you have a few to choose from, so you’re sure to find a great place to eat. As I take you along on the journey, I’m sharing my favorite images from Instagram too. Disney Springs Breakfast
1. Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew opens at 9 am for you to enjoy a warm, handmade donut and a refreshing cold-brewed coffee in a classic donut shop where “Happiness is Glazed Daily!”
Here you can discover hand-crafted confections featuring both yeast and cake donuts with an assortment of cold brew and sandwiches. You’ll really get a complete donut experience as you gaze through the windows of the Disney Springs restaurant’s kitchen where the donut is fried, glazed, and piled high with a variety of toppings.
2. Beatrix
Beatrix offers comfort food with a healthy twist for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, and dinner.
This is a new Disney Springs restaurant with an in-house bakery, full-service bar, and lounge offering a multitude of health-conscious food and beverage options amidst a mid-century setting reminiscent of Palm Springs in the ‘50s and ‘60s.
The menu highlights include vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and kids’ options as well as coffee, fresh-squeezed juice cocktails, beer, and wine. Here, you can also dine on the go.
3. Earl of Sandwich
Earl of Sandwich has the BEST sandwiches. Here, you can enjoy a 250-year-old royal legacy for breakfast.
Breakfast starts at 9 am… and with a slogan like “The World’s Greatest Hot Sandwich!”, it’s a good place to start your day with hot sandwiches, pizza bread, soups, salads, sides, wraps, and decadent desserts.
4. Starbucks
I know Starbucks may not be the breakfast restaurant at Disney Springs you were hoping for, but before we move onto brunch options, I have to include the fourth and last breakfast option at Disney Springs.
There are two Starbucks locations at Disney Springs – one at Marketplace and one on the West Side.
But these Starbucks aren’t like others. At the West Side location, you can enjoy:
- a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows
- a touchscreen chalkboard featuring a magical twist—you can interact with Downtown Disney Guests at the Disneyland Resort in California
- a glass-rock fireplace beneath a dramatic moss mural
- a rooftop lemongrass nursery fed by composted coffee grounds
Starbucks opens at 9 am.

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar serves American cuisine with a New Orleans twist and live entertainment. The brunch menu is available from 10 am to 2 pm.
It’s a great entertaining place for lunch and dinner, but also serves a weekend brunch. At brunch, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are just $15.
Here, you can enjoy southern, made-from-scratch brunch favorites like the breakfast burrito, NY steak and eggs, and chicken ‘n’ donuts with fixin’s, like brown sugar chile bacon and biscuits and gravy.
Brunch and lunch menus overlap on the weekend, giving you twice the tasty options to enjoy from noon to 2 pm. Make sure you visit when live music is playing to get the full experience.

9. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
My family and I ate at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ the last time we visited Disney Springs for brunch as we headed home. Trust me when I say it’s a great spot. It’s one of my favorite places.
You can enjoy the Rise ’n Shine Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
The menu includes fried chicken and house-made sugar doughnuts, short rib hash and an open-faced biscuit topped with Chef Art’s famous fried chicken, 2 over-easy eggs, pimento cheese, and pecan-smoked bacon smothered in sawmill gravy and served with a choice of side. (Their french toast and maple syrup is delicious!)
Drinks? This Disney Springs restaurant serves white peach sangria, mimosas with fresh-squeezed juices, and an over-the-top Bloody Mary.
