Let me just start by saying this: If I can do this, anyone can do this. I don’t like to cook, so this is how I made a ham that everyone loved with the least amount of work possible! This may be the easiest Easter ham recipe you will ever see.

crock-pot-ham

Break out your crock pot and put the ham in there – flat side down. (Most hams will be about 7-8 pounds.)

Pour pineapple juice all over it. (I use about 16 ounces.)

Then, add brown sugar all over. I use a lot of brown sugar… because it’s sugar and tastes good 😉

(Most of the pineapple juice and brown sugar will sit at the bottom of the crock pot. Don’t worry about just a little being on the actual the ham.)

You can cook this on high for 4-6 hours or low 8 hours.

Now, scroll down for a little something extra…

Bonus: To put a little twist on a tradition Mimosa, try freezing the champagne in ice cube trays overnight. Just use the cubes (as many as you want) and add orange juice!
