Everything is better when it’s in the shape of a cupcake right? So why not, make an omelette like that? I did. It worked. My husband loved it and my daughter loved that it looked like a cupcake.

In a bowl, mix together your ingredients. Mine were:

  • Salmon (already cooked)
  • Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Green Peppers
  • Cheese

After spraying a cupcake tin, just pour the mixture into the spaces and cook it at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. That’s it! It’s an omelette, in the oven, that looks like a cupcake… and tastes good!
