This is a great, clean treat for the little ones. I call it “cake in an ice cream cone” and they look like ice cream cones – taste just as good, but without the mess!

All you need to make them is:

  • cake mix
  • ice cream cones
  • icing
  • sprinkles

After mixing the cake batter, pour it into each cone until it’s about halfway full. These stay up best if you put them in a muffin tin. Bake them for about as long as you would cupcakes.

After they are baked, let them cool, throw on some icing, and decorate them to make them look like ice cream cones!
