In my house, Sunday’s are for baking.

If you’re not already subscribed to my YouTube channel, click here to see me and my kids bake this recipe that is in the June issue of O, The Oprah Magazine.

It’s one of many bread recipes in this issue.

In the baking video, you’ll see a lot of Disney references (especially our love for the Disney+ original show Be Our Chef, learn some kid jokes, and witness them stealing some ingredients (chocolate chips).

You’ll notice, I didn’t follow this recipe exactly as it’s shared in O. (I never follow them exactly… maybe that’s why I’ve never been amazing in the kitchen.)

For the full recipe, check out the issue here.

The recipe below makes TWO loaves of maple spelt banana bread, but we cut it in half to make just one.
