My kids always look forward to July 11th because it’s 7-Eleven!

That means we can go to the gas station and get a free slushie… but not in 2020.

In 2020, we are staying at home as much as we can, so we decided to celebrate 7-Eleven with some homemade slushies… with Kool-Aid.

How to Make a Slushie with Kool-Aid

To keep things simple, you only need three things to make a slushie with Kool-Aid:

1. Kool-Aid
2. Ice
3. Water

That’s it!

All you do is mix them all together in a blender, or in our case a Magic Bullet, and you’re set.

We used:

• 1/4 cup of Kool-Aid
• 1 cup of ice
• 1/2 cup of water

This makes one serving for one person.

So, depending on how many slushies you want to make, just double, triple, or quadruple this recipe.

We also had some Country Crock Lemonade powder, so we made lemonade slushies too!
