The Good Sister is a book that I was so excited to read because the author, Sally Hepworth, sent me an advanced copy.
She saw this post on Instagram and sent me an unofficial copy all the way from Australia.

Just like her other books, this one does not disappoint.
In fact, I like it more than her others.
The Good Sister by Sally Hepworth Book Summary and Review
The Good Sister Book Summary
Meet Rose
The responsible sisters with a home, a husband, and a fierce desire to become a mother.
Meet Fern
The introverted librarian who avoids social interaction as much as possible.
They are as close as two sisters can be. But they couldn’t be more different.
What are they hiding from each other?
Utterly compelling, unpredictable, and addictive, The Good Sister is about the ties that bind… and the darkness that lives where you least expect it.

My Book Review for The Good Sister
The Good Sister is a book I couldn’t put down.
Like the last few ones with mystery, when you get a little more than halfway through, you stay up way past your bedtime to read the rest.
I loved the guessing games the author had me playing as to who was good, who was bad, who was dangerously mentally ill, and who was just a little off.
It’s all in there.
And the ending!
I don’t do spoilers here, but Oh. My. God!!!
This book is a great page-turner that I’d love to see be made into a movie.
My The Good Sister Book Recommendation
If you like mysteries and thrillers, this book is one you will enjoy.
I can see it being turned into a Lifetime movie or a great psychological thriller on Netflix… and with the ending, I hope it does turn into a movie.
In fact, all of Sally Hepworth’s books would make great psychological thriller TV.
Fingers crossed!
My The Good Sister Rating
I give The Good Sister 5 out of 5 stars.
