Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack, Brightline passengers will relive the magic of the classic story as they are whisked away on The Polar Express for a magical one-hour trip to meet Santa.
Once on board, your car hosts will work their way through the coach and punch your golden ticket before hot chocolate and delicious Walkers Shortbread are served by dancing chefs.
Passengers then read along with the classic children’s book, The Polar Express, by Chris Van Allsburg.
Santa and his helpers board the train to greet passengers and each guest is given the first gift of Christmas – a silver sleigh bell.
During the trip, characters on each car lead passengers in caroling and onboard entertainment just like in the movie.
Families are encouraged to wear warm pajamas just like passengers from The Polar Express book and film.

It is recommended that reservations are made as soon as your group knows which date and time you would like to attend. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly for this popular event.

Event times listed on schedules and your confirmation email represent the official showtime and beginning of the boarding process. It is required that guests arrive approximately 40 minutes prior to their listed showtime. This allows time to park and check-in at the Box Office because it is a busy event.
One change this year? Fort Lauderdale is no longer hosting the event. The event will be at Brightline’s MiamiCentral Station in Downtown Miami.
Parking at Brightline MiamiCentral is located at 161 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33136. Parking at this location accepts credit cards and debit cards.
Hourly rates apply, beginning at $6/hour, $8 for 1-2 hours, $10 for 2-3 hours, and $15 for 3-24 hours.
Brightline MiamiCentral Station is located directly adjacent to the parking garage at 600 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33136.
Guests who ride Brightline to attend the event may park in Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach for $5.

- Value Departures: $50 Adult, $45 Child (2-11)
- Standard Departures: $65 Adult, $60 Child (2-11)
- Premium Departures: $75 Adult, $65 Child (2-11)

- Value Departures: $50 per seat
- Standard Departures: $65 per seat
- Premium Departures: $75 per seat
The entire table must be purchased.
The only differences between Value, Standard, and Premium departures are the dates and/or times of the rides. Lower demand departures are priced lower to offer those on a budget options and higher demand departures are priced accordingly.
The event functions exactly the same on all departures and passengers enjoy the same experience.
